Gardening business website with scheduling

Regular rounds that fill the whole year.

Mowing, hedge cutting, tree work: your business lives on visits that come round again. The problem isn't finding customers, it's organising the rounds and never missing a visit.

01

Annual contract, not panic calls

A customer who rings when the grass is long makes you squeeze a mow in between two jobs. Times twenty customers, that's a schedule nobody can keep and a lot of pointless driving.

The annual contract sets every visit in advance: the mowing rhythm by season, the two hedge cuts, the summer clearance. The customer knows when you're coming, and you know what you're doing in July.

  • Visits set for the year, with the seasonal rhythms
  • Monthly payment spread over twelve months
  • Reminder to the customer before each visit
02

One area a day, not three towns

Your margin comes down to the driving: four gardens in the same neighbourhood are worth far more than four gardens spread over twenty kilometres, for the same money.

Traxo groups the visits by area and by day. New customers only see the slots on the day you're already in their part of town, and the trailer stops going back and forth.

A real example

Tuesday is given over to the north side: six gardens one after another, under an hour's driving in the day.

03

Seasonal work, offered in time

Seasonal work sells inside a short window: pruning in winter, clearing before the summer, hedge cutting at the end of spring. Miss the moment and the sale is gone for the year.

Your maintenance customers get the offer when it makes sense, with a slot to choose. It's the easiest extra money in the trade — and it takes no chasing at all.

  • Seasonal offers sent to your customer base
  • Slot bookable straight from the message
  • History of the work done in each garden
04

Visits logged, invoices unargued

The classic dispute is over a visit the customer says they never saw — usually because they were out. With no record, the discussion ends in a goodwill gesture.

Every visit is logged, with its duration and a photo if you want one. The customer gets their summary, and the invoice covers what was actually done.

“The rounds are grouped by area. I make the same money and drive half as far.”

That works alongside it: the visits and the hours are logged, and you go on declaring them exactly as you do today. Paying online stays optional.
