Website design cost Ireland: 3-year prices with VAT
In 2026, website design in Ireland costs a small business roughly €700 to €4,000 plus VAT to build, then about €400 to €900 a year to keep running; online booking adds €300 to €800 to a budget build, and a site built around appointments is quoted €2,000 to €4,500. Fresha fees 2026: what an Irish salon really pays
Fresha's fees start at €14.95 a month for one person, or €9.95 per team member, on its euro price list, excl. VAT, plus 1.29% + €0.15 on each online card payment, €0.10 a text after the free allowance, and paid add-ons. The line to check before you list is the one-time fee on clients who find you through its marketplace: the euro list reads 'Free' for it, but Fresha sets that line country by country, so read yours.
Booksy pricing in Ireland: the real monthly cost
In Ireland, Booksy pricing is €44 a month plus €5 for each extra team member. On top of that comes 23% VAT, and 2.6% + VAT on every payment you take through the app. For a solo stylist who can't reclaim VAT, that is €649.44 a year before card fees. Booksy charges no commission on new clients from its Irish marketplace, and that is where the Irish price differs most from the US price other articles quote.

In Ireland, most salon booking software costs between €0 and €50 a month excluding VAT: Square has a free plan, Fresha charges €14.95 for one person or €9.95 per team member, Booksy €44 plus €5 per extra user, and Phorest quotes only on a call (Square, Booksy and Phorest re-read on their Irish pages on 1 October 2026; Fresha on 25 September 2026, on the euro list it served us). The subscription is rarely the biggest line: card fees, new-client fees and add-ons decide the bill, so compare those first to find the best hair salon software.
