Bringing a client back costs less than finding a new one.
Traxo's loyalty programme counts visits, keeps track of reward levels and sends out rewards on its own. Your clients have no card to show and no app to install — and you have nothing to keep up to date.

In short
Every visit is counted at booking, reward levels kick in on their own, the reward reaches the client at the right moment, and those who start drifting away are won back before they go elsewhere. No card, no stamps, no data entry: the same clients simply pay you more often.
The figures
12 months
after the sale: the window in which the first marketing text or email to an existing client must go out for the no-consent exemption to apply.
It doesn't exist on paper, and that's the whole point. The count is tied to the client's phone number from their first booking: nothing to print, nothing to stamp, nothing to dig out of the bottom of a wallet.
For the client, there's no sign-up and no app to download. They book as usual and they're in the programme without even asking.
Most loyalty tools offered to Irish businesses swap the paper card for a digital one: a pass in Apple or Google Wallet that the client still has to add, keep and show at the till. Traxo has no card at all, paper or digital. The count sits on the phone number the client books with, so there is nothing to add to a phone and nothing to forget at home. The programme is part of the Pro plan, at €100 a month excluding VAT, or €80 a month on yearly billing.

Your existing clients keep the visits they've already made
Works at the counter as well as online
“Finally a reasonably priced solution to replace the always disappearing physical loyalty cards!”
The appointment goes ahead: the count goes up. You don't tick anything, you don't open anything. A client who paid and turned up has earned a point, straight away.
You choose what counts: the number of visits, the amount spent, or both. A service that shouldn't count can be left out with one tick.

The reward arrives without anyone asking for it
Reward level reached: the client gets a message saying what they've earned, with a link to book again. The discount is already applied when they book — nothing to type in, nothing to show on the day.
You choose the reward: a discount, a free service, a priority slot, a little extra of your own. You set the limit, and Traxo never goes over it.
Common mistake
Rewarding too late. Nobody cares about a discount on the 10th visit: the first reward should come at the 2nd or 3rd visit, while the client is still deciding between you and the competitor down the road.

Clients always know where they stand
‘One more visit and you get 20% off’: that line, added to the booking confirmation, is what brings people back. It's worked out for each client, without you writing it.
The messages keep your tone and you can edit them. A client can ask to stop receiving them in one click, and they're taken off the list immediately.
On the rules: Ireland's Data Protection Commission explains when you can text or email an existing client without asking for consent first. You must have taken their details when they bought from you, the message must be about your own services of a similar kind, they must have been able to refuse when they gave their details and on every message since, and the first marketing message must go out within 12 months of the sale. Every Traxo message carries a way to stop, and a client who uses it is taken off straight away. Someone who has never bought from you has to opt in first.
Real example · hair salon
A reward every three visits, with a free treatment at the end. Clients come back every six weeks instead of every ten, and the chairs fill up without a single ad campaign.

Clients who drift away are won back in time
A client who used to come every two months and hasn't been seen for four: Traxo spots them and sends them a reason to come back before they find someone else.
It's the job nobody gets round to in the evening, and it's the one that fills a quiet diary. You can approve each message if you'd rather stay in control.
06
You see what loyalty brings in
How many clients come back, how often, how much extra you've taken since the first reward: a discount only makes sense if it brings in more than it costs, and you see it in black and white.
If a reward level isn't bringing anyone back, you can change it in thirty seconds. You decide how generous the programme is — no spreadsheets involved.

What Traxo doesn't do
Traxo doesn't issue a loyalty card, on paper or in Apple or Google Wallet, has no app to download, and doesn't send bulk campaigns to bought lists: it writes to your own clients, about their visits to you.
Frequently asked questions
No, nothing. No app, no account, no card to keep. The count is tied to their phone number from their first booking: they get their reward by email, and that's it.
No. You set the reward and its limit: it can be a free service, a priority slot or a little extra of your own rather than a discount. The idea is to bring people back more often, not to sell for less.
They start with their history, not from zero. Visits already on record are carried over, and you can add credit for long-standing clients by hand so nobody feels overlooked.
Yes. The messages are written in your tone and you can edit them, you can choose to approve every message, and a client who doesn't want to hear from you any more is removed immediately.
About twenty minutes with you: we choose what to count, at which visit the first reward comes and what the client gets. After that it runs without you.
To existing clients, about services like the ones they've had, yes: as long as they could refuse when they gave you their number, every message lets them stop, and the first one goes out within 12 months of their visit. Anyone who has never bought from you has to agree first. Traxo only writes to people who have booked with you.
We set your reward levels and your reward with you: twenty minutes, once and for all.
