A page for every film, the player inside, the words around it
A two-minute reel on a silent home page is what most directors' websites do — and it's what Google can't read. The client, for their part, wants to know who commissioned the film, in what year and what you did on it.
Every film has its page: the YouTube or Vimeo player rebuilt from the link, the title, the client, the year, your role, the description, the view count you enter, and behind-the-scenes photos if you have them. The VideoObject structured data, with the publication date you give, and the sitemap make it a page Google can find.
Your films stay where they are. Traxo builds the player from the link, so your YouTube channel or your Vimeo plan, with its privacy settings, stays exactly as it is; your website adds the page around the film, with the words a client and Google read.
- A YouTube or Vimeo link is enough, nothing to upload
- Title, client, year, role and description on every page
- The view count you enter, shown under the player
“Clean playback, no ads, no algorithm pushing viewers elsewhere, and full control over privacy and sharing.”
